Do you offer demos of your products?
We certainly do! Use this nifty form to request a demo of your favourite BlueBay Solutions product or visit our products page for more information.
Can I host your products on my own server?
Generally no, however some of our products may be available for outright purchase which allows you to install on any server you choose. Look for the "interested?" or "more info" links for the product you are interested in. These links will provide you with information regarding our licensing terms and conditions for that product.
Do you offer Web Graphic Design Services?
We would love to think we could do everything but alas, no we don't, not as a stand-alone service anyway. We can put you in touch with designers who can help you or assist you in obtaining design services if that is all you need. We do offer design services as part of our full service contracts. We also offer ready-made website templates to use with Page Factory and Cart Factory that can be customised to meet your needs.
Will you maintain or update a site you didn't originally develop?
Yes we will. We will first look at the site for you and then recommend the best ways you can move forward. We will never say yes to any request that we cannot confidently fulfill.
Will you handle the technical tasks, like setting up hosting, transferring domain names, etc. If so, will there be extra charges?
Yes we will and probably not :-).
Any client who enters into any hosted agreement with us does not pay any extra for these types of services. Clients who ONLY want us to provide web hosting MAY have to pay fees related to these tasks. The best idea is to contact us with your exact requirements so that we can provide an accurate, fixed-price quote to you.
Do I have to sign a fixed term contract on your hosted software?
Absolutely not! All are contracts are on a "month to month" basis. Although we would hate to see it happen, you can leave at any time provided the required notice is given. This is usually one month but please check the terms and conditions for your chosen software for exact details.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes we do.

Are the prices displayed on your website negotiable?
Well we're not an Arab Market but we have been known to offer some fairly decent discounts to clients who package together several of our services. Other than that, we think our pricing is already pretty good considering everything you get in return but hey, you can always ask. We promise not to be offended.
