I have a client ID
All clients who have a recurring management contract with BlueBay Solutions should have received a client ID number as part of that contract.

I don't have a client ID
ONLY clients who have a recurring management contract with BlueBay Solutions will have a client ID number as part of that contract.
Clients who have a hosting agreement only have different support arrangements so please refer to your hosting documentation.
